Driving Directions: Occucare Industrial Medicine Clinic is located between Shepherd and T.C. Jester on the south feeder of the Katy Freeway (I-10). We are north of Washington Ave. near the Heights District of Houston.

We are located in a three-story green glass office building. Our office is on the first floor, suite #170, the first office on your right.

From Katy (West): Go east on I-10 past the west loop (610). Take the second exit, T.C. Jester. Turn right at the light. Take the first left on Nolda. Office building is about ¼ mile down on your left.

From Downtown (East): Go west on 1-10 toward San Antonio. Exit T.C. Jester. Go left at the first light. Go over the overpass. Take the first left on Nolda. Office building is about ¼ mile down on your left.

Driving Directions: San Augustine Industrial Medicine Clinic is located in the heart of Deer Park near the Houston ship channel. The clinic is just west of Center street on San Augustine blvd. near Deer Park High School. 

From Houston: Go east on Hwy 225 (La Porte Freeway) and exit the first exit past Beltway 8, Georgia/Center St. Go through the first stop sign to the traffic light. Take a right on Georgia Avenue. Turn left at the second traffic light, San Augustine Blvd. The clinic will be on your left about 1/4 mile down just past the high school. 

From the Gulf Freeway (I-45): Go north on Beltway 8 toll way toward the ship channel. Exit Pasadena Blvd./Red Bluff and stay on the feeder. At the second light, turn left on San Augustine. The clinic is about 2-3 miles down on the left just past the high school. 

From Baytown/La Porte: Go west on Hwy 225 (La Porte Freeway) and exit East/Center St. Go through the first traffic light to the 2nd traffic light, Center St.. Take a left on Center St. going under 225 overpass.. Turn right at the 5th traffic light, San Augustine Blvd. The clinic will be on your right about 100 yards down just before the high school.
